When you are done zoning, give it about 10 in-game days to "set in" then look at education and employment. Are the unemployed people educated or not? If so, build a few offices - if not, build some industry.Ĥ. You also want to zone jobs that your unemployed people can work. Using this information, you want unemployment around 10%. As you are zoning, be aware of a few things:ģa.
